At Just Cause Flowers, each bouquet is made fresh to order using seasonal blooms and carefully prepared for delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of our arrangements, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds and Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, including damaged flowers, incorrect items, or quality concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request clear photos of the flowers and packaging upon delivery.

Seasonal Variations

As flowers are seasonal and naturally unique, slight variations in colour, size, and bloom type may occur.

Substitutions may be necessary based on seasonal availability, however we always maintain the overall style, value, and quality of your arrangement.

These natural variations do not qualify as faults or grounds for refund.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout.

If re-delivery is required due to incorrect address information, additional delivery fees may apply.
