Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

As our bouquets are made fresh to order using seasonal flowers, certain blooms may vary depending on availability. Where substitutions are required, we will always maintain the overall style, value, and quality of the arrangement.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Free local delivery is included within our selected delivery zones across the Sunshine Coast to North Brisbane.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of checkout before an order is prepared for delivery.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers available at checkout.

Delivery

We always do our best to complete deliveries within preferred timeframes, however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Refunds

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of fresh flowers, refunds and exchanges are generally not offered for change of mind.
